Do I need the TinyTyke Mobile App?
No. The Timer Plug works on its own with buttons. The Mobile App add-on is a separate upgrade for controlling the cradle from your phone.
Can I use it with a heater or iron?
No. It is rated for a maximum of 6A. High-power appliances can damage it and void the warranty.
