Order processing:
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be extended by an additional 1-2 business days.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact our customer care team.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping:
- Cost: Free delivery across India* & out of India delivery available- at additional cost.
- Delivery Time: 5-7 business days.

Expedited Shipping:
- Cost: Additional cost from INR600 to INR1200.
- Delivery Time: 2-4 business days.
- Cost: Additional cost from INR600 to INR1200.
Note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location, shipping method, and any unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping:
- Availability: We currently offer international shipping. (For better assistance kindly contact to our customer care team on +91 90818 10122)
- Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
- Delivery Time: 4-10 business days, depending on the destination country.
- Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. TinyTyke is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Note: Please be advised that international shipping fees are non-refundable in cases where the customer declines or refuses delivery or the duty payments.
Order Tracking:
- Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/whatsapp. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
- Status Updates: If you do not see any updates on your tracking status within 48 hours of receiving your tracking number, please contact our customer care team for assistance.
Shipping Restrictions:

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or
APO/FPO addresses. - Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, or other reasons, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.
Lost Packages:
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a replacement.
Changes & Cancellations:
- Order Modifications: If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the order has been processed or shipped.
- Cancellation Fees: If you cancel an order after it has been processed but before it has shipped, a cancellation fee of INR500 or 15% of total order value (whichever is higher) may apply to cover processing costs.
