Refund policy

Sales Return Policy:

• 7 Days Return Policy* (will be counted from delivery done date).
  
  • No return policy applicable on accessories.
    
• In case of return, Buyer has to send our product(s) to 'TinyTyke Workshop' at the
  buyer's cost.
• The amount will be refunded within 4-6 working days only after receiving and
  inspecting the product at our 'TinyTyke Workshop'.
  
• Minimum return deduct charge is INR500 depending upon the product(s) and its
  received condition. (Return deduct charge is INR500 or Courier Charge i.e that has
  been paid by us, whichever is higher).
  
• Any purchase of our product(s) from the third party, return policy will be applicable
  as per respective third party only.
  
• Refunds, where applicable, will be initiated either to the original payment method used by the customer or directly by Transformium India Private Limited (TinyTyke).

Missing & Damaged Product Policy:

• To ensure a smooth and efficient process for addressing any issues with your
  delivery, please follow these steps:
  
• Timely Reporting: Report any damaged or missing product(s)/ part(s) within 48
  hours of delivery.
  
• Unboxing Video: At the time of delivery, you must record a video of the unboxing
  process. This video should clearly show the condition of the packaging, the items as they are unpacked, and any visible damage or missing parts.
  
• Share the Video: After recording, promptly share the unboxing video with us. This
  evidence is crucial for verifying and resolving your complaint regarding damaged or missing products.
  
• Following these steps helps us address your concerns swiftly and effectively. We
  appreciate your cooperation!

Sales Replacement Policy:

• 7 Days Replacement Policy* (will be counted from delivery done date).
  • No replacement policy applicable on accessories.
    
• All courier/ transport charges (Or min replacement charge INR500)
  for replacement of product(s) will be on the buyer.
  
• Product cost difference will be adjusted at the time of replacement
  procedure.
