Warranty Policy

It is a limited warranty – 12 months adaptor and 6 months motor mechanism
warranty. (no on site warranty).

Option-1

• If buyer wants instant replacement,
• Replacement will be done immediately against the faulty part(s) by providing refurbished part(s) from us, if the buyer reaches our (TinyTyke) nearest store.* (*if refurbished parts are available).

Option-2

• Buyer has to send faulty product(s)/ part(s) and has to pay courier cost from buyer's place to TinyTyke Service Center in India.
• After repairing/ replacing, TinyTyke will send the repaired/ replaced product(s) / part(s) from TinyTyke Service Center to the buyer's location at buyer's cost.
• If any parts are found to be physically damaged, an additional charge may be applicable.
• This Warranty is applicable on electrical-electronic parts only like ‘Motor  Mechanism & Adaptor’.
• No lubricants required on the motor. (In case-lubricant detected on the motor mechanism, warranty will be avoided).
• This warranty will be void in the event of misuse, alteration, faulty installation, misapplication of the product or exposing of electrical-electronic parts.
• This warranty does not cover failure of product or components due to any ACT OF NATURE : Lightning, Floods, Hurricanes, tornadoes or any other such events.
• This warranty will be void if the buyer attempts to repair or open the product(s) / part(s) themselves or seeks assistance from unauthorized local repair services.
• Please note that a valid warranty card is required to avail of the warranty. Without a warranty card, the warranty cannot be honored.
